The workout plan is designed to help you build your lower body, especially your glutes and thighs.  We created a plan that will help you stay on track and motivated. Exercises in the plan focus on functionality and sculpting your muscles.

In 8 weeks, you can expect to gain muscle and strengthen your glutes and legs. In the first 2 weeks, you will learn the basic movements and gradually, over the weeks, increase the complexity and intensity of the exercises. You will notice your glutes becoming bigger and stronger and your legs sculpted and leaner.

To perform the exercises, you will need basic gym equipment or for home version dumbbell and booty bands. If your gym does not have the required equipment, replace the exercise with something similar, or use, for example, weightsinstead of the bar. The result will be the same.
